Does anybody know where the issue is and what is to be done? Or did someone with correct details get this sms?

Hi guys,I am from Indraprastha University, My grad marksheet percentage is 71.07 when all the 90 subjects marks are combined, but there is credit system in my university, so final percentage written on marksheet is 67.65 with weighted average using credit assigned to each exam. What should I fill as percentage in IIFT. In SNAP they considers 71.07.
