Well there are few things to be done and we expect some answers from AO and Adcom on this:
1) we should be updated everytime about when next list comes, also we want transparency by telling us how much movement took place in every category wise list, either give us new WL number with every new list out or tell us that this is how much movement took place just like other iim's do, learn from them because there is no more trust in the admission process of iim amritsar.
2) Also open up the telegram group for students to talk coz this is creating chaos, let them clear the doubts by themselves and don't take students freedom to talk and also adcom @Bhakti_Netke is inactive from last few days on telegram and not giving answers to many. Which is not how things can work for us. Atleast when the group was active for everyone, students can get information easily regarding many other things.
Then if anyone misbehaves or say anything wrong then that person should be removed from the group but one or two warnings should be given to that person. If u expect us to trust you guys then we also expect you to take few steps for us. Things work both ways not one way. Help us out and things will be good for you.
Please note that the next list and wait list release is under process. It shall be done by 8 PM today. In case you have not received an update, do not panic and please wait till the aforementioned time.

However I might not be joining , thank you for giving wonderful experience of Admission process. I might not forgot this experience ever and will help future aspirants to know the admission process of the institute.

Hi, I have converted for HR program today but I don't want to accept HR but I am still waitlisted for Core at 97 under OBC. Is there anyhting I need to do for rejecting HR offer and stick to the Core waitlist progress?
I am one of the aspirants of IIMs and recently, I got to know about the event which is going to be conducted by IIM Jammu. I found that this event could help many of aspirants and convertees like me and so I wished to share the details with all.

Converted Core Program, have few queries regarding the Academic Calendar could you please answer that
1)As per IIM Amristar website, 1st term will begin from 4th July, so is it tentative or fixed. Also due to pandemic, will the entire 1st term be online only or there are chances that we would be asked to come down to campus for attending the classes
2) Currently I'm wokring and I havent resigned from my organization .Now even if I resigned immediately,I have to serve Notice period of 60 days i.e. (Tentatively LWD- 17 August) because there are very less chances that my organization will relieve me before that. So will this impact my admission? could you please put a light on this
