Are PGDM DCP people selecte after waitlisted people or vice versa...Can anyone please reply???
There are many other private colleges which were on top in the 2000's and are on top right now too. Then there is IMT, keeps free falling. Still, abhi it is among 30-40 range but it will fall from there as well. Every year, new kind of shady shit. Transparency? Wtf is that. Proper Evaluation? Ni, we only take PI here. Dusre private institutes ka bhi naam kharab karte hai. Today people advice taking IIM Kashi, Vizag over SIBM Pune, shillong/indore over SPJIMR. WHY? Because 2000 mai IMT was a top 10 college and IIM K was a baby and now look where they are. Literally, the same example bounces all over, just because IMT board is full of greedy peeps with no regards to quality. Regards.
Anything about the waitlist status please? Will we be getting mails in case of any movement or do we need to check the portal regularly? Also, what all campus and courses (except DCP) are the waitlisted candidates eligible for in case they make the cut? Response is greatly appreciated.

Regarding the PGDM BFS programme, if on the off chance that it is not accredited as scheduled, and the seats are merged with PGDM Finance, will it be viable or legal on the part of IMT Ghaziabad to have a PGDM Finance batch of a whopping 240 students?

Global exposure ?? WTF. * Curriculum & Syllabus from India (IMT G) * Faculty from India (IMT G) * Students from India (IMT G DCP) Waking up daily and seeing Dubai becomes a global exposure?? Bullshit .. Guys, common on. Come to senses... 9lacs extra for this ..? No wonder you guys are great at marketing .. But the problem is you are still in the ages of "Washing Powder Nirma..Nirma..Nirma.".. Back then, people would have believed these global exposures ... But now when youre smart enough to shortlist me for PGDM and later say that i dont meet cutoff..then we will also show our smartness by exposing these things..
"Quality of graduating institute" This is the metric because of which large number of us missed out on IMT. Such a dubious metric to start with, IIT walo ko hi le lo fir. Infact after this IMT cutoff/DCP debacle I can surely say that the quality of my graduating institute was definitely much better than IMT.
Help me get this straight. Firstly, all those who have got DCP, can you think of a reason why it was forced into your inbox? Was it based on CAT percentile only? Or a combination of other factors? Secondly, the waitlist is just a vague number. It doesn't represent waitlist in a particular program. what should we infer from this? Can the waitlisted students be also offered DCP on confirmation, or does it depend on the percentile. I have a 93.6%ile.
A simple doubt. Why was I asked to choose between the campuses and programmes when I wasn't even eligible for majority of them? Also when you talk about the variation in cutoffs according to the pool of candidates, didn't you know what 'pool' you'll be getting when we applied? If the mails sent to us later stating we were shortlisted for the programmes were not random (which is equally shameful), you clearly have trouble interpreting data. Add a subject in your curriculum. I hope you keep showing the 'progress' you've been showing lately. Best luck. :)
