I had written a mail at IMT with the same problem. Give whatever roll numbers you have at present. They'll allow you to update later. And yes only CMAT 2013 feb scores will be accepted along with CAT/XAT ang GMAT.

Anubha.imt -- I do not intend to appear for FEB CMAT. So Can I put my SEPT CMAT roll number in the coloumn provided for the same?

This means they wont accept SEp cmat scores 2012 and only FEB cmat 2013 scores.
Did u mail the administration office to know abt it or u gave them a call asking the query????

@Anubha.imt I got into imt-n with a percentile much less than what you are projecting here(general category),but didnt go.Talk about misleading people! I have the e-mail from IMT admissions with me if you want proof.If that is insufficient,baseless info,i really wonder whose credibility is "much less".Not my intention to malign IMT-N,but the least you can do is to be honest with the aspirants.Peace out

I guess u wud remember me if u tried and succeeded in getting into IMT. I know the percentiles taken in went below 80%ile n all that gets into taking an admission, especially into IMT.

Misleading: We never ask u to join IMT and leave all other colleges, we highlight the value that u get in IMT and the rest is upto u. Secondly, the tentative percentile that has been provided by the Institute is 80%ile to us and officially, we have to keep that. We never discourage people with lower percentiles to fill up or apply. So thank for enlighting an IMTian and others about IMT.

FYI: There are other websites available for enlightment. Internet is huge, please explore. 😃

The CMAT Question: My dear aspirants, IMT will accept September CMAT for sure. If it doesn't get enough applicants or enough 'good' applicants, the application dates would be managed to accomodate CMAT 2013 students. Then u will be provided with a way to apply.

If u are only giving Feb CMAT, I don't think its a wise option if u r planning for MBA seriously. This is just my personal opinion.

Any further info would be provided asap.

Just for your Information: Our Diwali holidays have started, so if any delay in answering ur queries happen, just remember that we are human too and need holidays like everybody else.

We wud try to be as frequent as possible but the festivities have the power to corrupt even the sincerest of Workaholics.

@michael.westen...i sent an email to all the email ids mentioned..lol..got a reply from admissions@ imt.edu..dekho dont panic..As per CMAT norms..they compute either the best of two or one exam in which u appear..IMT says CMAT FEB 2013..so better give the roll numbers of other exams and submit..they'll let u modify ur profile later..tab CMAT 2013 ka roll number dalna but now bfr the deadline SUBMIT!

and to remind you again, IMT G doesnt accept CMAT scores at all...

@RohitSrivastav Thank you guys fr giving inputs about IMT nagpur. I have some queries about its placements. Is it 100%? And after filling form online,do we need to send some receipt to college? Is hostel accomodation provided in campus? Also if GDPI center is in Pune?

hostel accomodation in campus=yes

GDPI in your nearest location that you choose at the time of filling up form.
placement 100%..hehe..thats nowhere except IIMs considering the current market trend.

@RohitSrivastav : I have taken CMAT Sep 2012 but had to suffer as there were technical issues...and could score only in 2 digits! I donot wish to disclose my score while applying to the institute... but I will be appearing for CMAT FEB 2013 ....so which roll number should I mention while applying for IMT-N? I am not preparing for XAT. Kindly suggest. Thank you and happy diwali 😃

@OMG_CAT The cut off for all exams is 80 percentile. Acceptance of Feb CMAT scores is doubtful so you can apply with your sep score. If they accept feb scores, then well and good.

I am having a percentile of 94 in Sept Cmat.I hope to get a call for GDPI.

My query is the 40 students who received highest package,were there any freshers or all the 40 were having work exp.???

Archit, could you please tell how did you convert your sept CMAT score into percentile ? As just the score with the rank was provided at the CMAT website .
