As per CAP registration form I have a work ex of 30 months and 1 day so what marks out of 5 will i be getting for this as there is no criteria mentioned in admission process.

IIM Trichy’s PGPM-HR is a 2-year residential programme launched in 2020. Its aim is to train competent HR professionals capable of providing leadership and achieving excellence in performance while contributing to society. The programme focuses on integrating HR and business, digital fluency, ethics & sustainability, human process lab, industry projects, and one-on-one mentoring by HR leaders.

The PGPM-HR curriculum is different from PGPM curriculum even in the first year.
