if i dont get my preferred program in 1st counselling and i get it in 3rd counselling so will that be okay if i pay fees at the time of 3rd counselling payment window. i hope there is no problem that people who have paid fees (for whatsoever course in 1st counselling) will given prefrence above people who have not paid the fees.
