Each mode has its set of advantages and disadvantages. The paper based exam would be more 'convenient' and you will be on the same playing field with the majority of the candidates considering most of the candidates go for it.
Computer based test on the other hand might save you a bit of time, but then you won't be able to scan the paper thoroughly to judge which questions to attempt (before you actually start doing them).
@upsii even i got the same :) @cutie.pie I am really very confused.Everyone is saying that there would be some more colleges who will accept mat dec score than those who will accept Sep score, but no one is mentioning the names of such colleges.
Can you please name any college worth getting into? my mat sep score is 744(98.2 percentile)

Precisely none. As i mentioned no good/decent college accepts MAT Sept or for that matter is open for admission at this point of time.... 98.2%tile is really great... Its not a waste... You just need to utilize it in a better way... It must have given you a lot of confidence and self belief... Just give your best shot at CAT and other exams.... You might also go for MAT Dec and Feb ones.
For now, i will hope and pray, you don't need to come here back for my advise for CAT has a lot better perspective than MAT. I can see that potential you have, to score good in CAT All the Best.
@cutie.pie which is the best mode to take the exam ?online or paper based ??
I prefer offliner version. My experience was not good in online version... As someone mentioned above you can't browse through whole paper effectively and easily.
@cutie.pie i am already done with my CAT 😃 all i cn do is just wait now... @ankitarao I dont want to confuse you,but many of my friends appeared fr MAT(sep 2012) and the review for the paper based test was bad as it takes so much time to encircle the OMR sheet, and the answer once marked cannot be changed.
@ankitarao Our education system trains us for paper based tests and it has gone into our psyche. We find paper based test to be easier compared to online tests. Also attempting RC is easier on a paper based tests.
Now if you have practiced lot of online test then you may have a different view.
