@finally2 Yes, there are 2..one is AIMS (Acharya Institute of Management and Sciences) and the other is ABBS (Acharya Bangalore B-School)..But I don't think they are under the same university or under the same management.

The website link which you have mentioned is of Acharya Institutes, Bangalore. It offers management programmes (MBA & PGDM) in same campus.
Acharya Institute of Technology offers MBA affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum
Acharya School of Management( is a autonomous college) offers PGDM - approved by AICTE, New Delhi.

so what i want to ask is influence of below 60 inCHRIST????????? can i get in ? main campus

Not much but it will be asked in PI...so you have to come up with a good reason for the low marks! :)

and lastly 600 is the cutt off for mat so is everyone above 600 treated equally ? or they take 700 above scores mostly ?

MAT scores might be a factor for final selections but not for getting a GD-PI call!!...so you try n do well(actually lil more than that) in GD-PI and you'll sail through! 😃 ATB :cheerio:

@rajatjain10 than means i dont have much of a chance coz of 88 percentile (say 20% chance) not even a good performance will do it for me i will require a great performance in gd/pi , should i go for feb mat and then try ? in the 2nd session , same number of seats are there in 2nd session ?
I never said there is no chance (even never went into numbers and % :P)...its all about perception mate !:)...its about what you want and what will get you there...if very good GD-PI performance is all what it takes then one should try through that only ! ;)..rather than being pessimistic :)..and also 88%ile is not that bad a score! :)..but yes if you are one of them who likes to be on safer side then yes...you can try for Feb MAT!! :)..and about seats i guess...comaparitively it will be limited in 2nd phase ! :)

jims kalkaji / jims rohini - which one is better ????

@pm199010 i think you have not read the conditions that are mention on their website... 600 score is the only eligibility to apply in christ college... but the actual selection will be based on GDPI n the Extempore....

@JAYESH5053@pm199010@pm199010@KhyatimakkarHi Aspirants !!I am a second year student of the Insurance course at BIMTECH. I would like to share the placement record of my batch ( 2011-2013). We have a batch of 50 students, 43 students have been successfully placed till now. Till Date, 15 companies exclusively came for the Insurance batch. We have 4-5 companies more lined up for the remaining 7 students. The average CTC was around 5 lakhs. The highest package was around 6.5 lakhs. The Insurance is a upcoming sector which provides huge opportunities. There is a myth that one has to sell policies after doing this course. But let me tell you, that Insurance is a career in itself. The following profiles were offered to students - Underwriting - -Claims- Operations -Actuarial -Reinsurance- Investments- Sales- Risk Management- Business AnalystShoot your queries if any?
