I didnot appeared for CAT/GMAT.
Xth - 82.3%
XII th - 65.8%
B.Tech - 83%
What are my chances.And how can i submit my form.
Please help.Its urgent.

Dear madam,I had applied for GMBA program few days back and submitted the form.After submitting i found there were some errors and since i cannot amend them now,is there any way institute can help.The errors are as follows:
In passport section : I had selected applied for instead of Yes(I have passport)
In apprentice ship section : I had written dates as Jan'01 - july'07 instead of Jan'01-July'02.
I had emailed the institute at [email protected] in this regard 3 days back.but still awaiting the reply.

details abt the admissions process can be found on our website S.P.Jain Center of Management, Dubai . Singapore
the SPJAT is like any other MBA entrance test.
We do not hvae mock tests available.
you may refer to any of the MBA entrance books inorder to prepare for the same.

pls remove all apostrophes ,quotes and commas from the application and then try and submit.
if you still unable to do so pls email [email protected] for this.
your profile seems ok to apply - however I cannot comment on your chances as that is the decision of the Admissions commitee.
As regards the aptitude test - pls chk our website after abt 10-15 days for details regarding the same.

Hi Rutty,

I have couple of queries reagarding GMBA

1) In the SP Jain Dubai\Singapore site regarding placements for the Jan 2007 batch it is given that 95% of the batch is placed.Does this mean that 100% placments are not achieved for JAN 2007 batch or still the placment process is going on ??

2)After we complete GMBA program can we mention GMBA in our resume as post graduation, I mean is it considered as post graduation by the industry and other Universities\academic institutions ?

hi rutty.

i had a score of 95.6 in cat'06...iv given cat this yr and it didnt go too well...although i mite get above 90 stil i wud prefer to apply wid my cat'06 score....also id appiled in spj, mumbai where iv mentioned my this yrs cat reg no..now the spj dubai form asks for the spj, mumbai appln no which in turn gives u access to my cat'07 score...is thr a way in which i can specify my cat'06 score...or is it tht u wil look at both n take the best??

I have a query regarding validity of my profile for GMBA Finance(IB).
Profile
BE 75%
XII 73%
X 81%
SPJAT : will give
Job ex : 1.6 year as of this month in an IT services company.
No practical or working knowledge of Finance.

I have gone through the resume of existing student of Finance (IB), and what I saw was that only one maybe 2 candidates are there having similar profile as mine.
Do you think based on your observation of past records, that applying for IB reduces my chance of not even being considered for GD/PI round? Or for that matter even a call to attend SPJAT.

I was thinking if that is the case that my profile is not suitable, what do you think. Shall I apply in marketing ? I mean I got PMM as my second preference, will that increases my chance for call?

I had applied for the Jan 08 intake but i don't know for wat reason i was waitlisted :(
My profile is as below
Work ex - 4.5 yrs IT
GMAT - 660
Xth - 73.73
XIIth - 77.33

Logically does it make any sense for me to apply again for June 2008 intake ??
Can i use the same login / password ? (has my data been saved ?)
Also i would like to know from what date the application link is 'up' ?

I had a similar problem when I tried to submit the application. It turns out that the text I entered in some field was longer than what server expected. The server just throws some error and there is no indication given to the user about cause of the error. I reduced number of characters and was able to submit the form.

Hi Rutty,

I submitted my application a week back with a GMAT score of 720 and work-ex of 3 years. I am hopeful of getting the interview call. In two week`s time I would be travelling to UK on a project assignment for 4 months. In such a situation, Can I request for telephonic interview in lieu of personal interview. Is such a request accepted ?

Hello Madam,
I have gone through the application procedure and admission requirements of GMBA program. I have few queries listing them below:
I have achievements and extracurricular at college and school level only. Does it have weightage?
If I apply online than is it like that I need to submit the evaluation and aptitude fees after being shortlisted?
Do I need to apply separately for SPJAT test?
