"The process of selection at Nestle India Ltd. was intensive. But I was adequately prepared to handle this right from Term 1 at Vedica. The course 'Understanding the Self' helped me build my pitch to the recruiters; the case study workshops were instrumental in structuring my narrative; my shadow mentor Gunjan Soni (Head, Jabong; Chief Marketing Officer, Myntra) gave me much-needed clarity on industry preferences and without Ankur Warikoo’s guidance it would have been a rough journey 😊. I'm excited to be working with one of the biggest FMCG companies in the world." - Ishwarya Thirumalai (Vedica Scholar, Class of 2018, placed with Nestlé)

A computer engineering graduate, Ishwarya worked as a software developer for six months before she realised that sales and marketing was her calling. Prior to joining Vedica, she worked in sales for 3.5 years and also co-founded a start-up in the logistics space. She is now working with Nestlé as a Sales Executive Trainee.

“My journey with Vedica has been a roller-coaster ride. From working on more than seven projects simultaneously, meeting absolutely inspiring professors, to living independently in a hostel and making life-long friends, it has been a phenomenal experience.

I was always a team worker and felt confident leading a team as well. I joined Vedica to hone my analytical skills and problem-solving ability. Now that I'm graduating, I feel I have learnt and absorbed so much more in these 18 months - I feel ready to take on the world!" - Isbah Ajaz, Vedica Scholar (Class of 2018).

Isbah is now working with KPMG India as a Business Associate. Wishing her an amazing journey ahead!

“I thought I was meant for a lifelong career in travel journalism, but the support and mentorship I received during 18 months at Vedica compelled me to explore my full potential. After spending an exceptional year at global diplomacy firm Albright Stonebridge Group, exploring avenues in government & commercial policy, I am now working in an internal strategy role at McKinsey & Company, India! Thank you Vedica for helping me think larger than life”

-Siya Sood, Founding Class Scholar
Fellow - Strategic Initiatives, McKinsey & Company, India
