CA freshers are finding it hard to get employed (only 9% of the CA freshers got job offers in recent campus placements); and u are talking about CS getting 40-50k (minimum.......lmao)......
Compare the pass percentage of CA and CS , both;....and also the fact most CA students do CS ,side by side, after they finish CA-Inter and bcom.

but do i need to attain any oral class to get exempted from CS foundation??

If you a grad from coll you dont need to do foundation course..you can apply directly to executive level..you dont need to attend the oral classes for foundation you can opt for executive level one...few posts back i have given about CS course kindly read that..

No problem wether you are commerce grad or non commerce..there are many students who are non commerce grad who completed CS..for you it might be tough( manageble ) i would say go for classes and go through all the concepts, section nos i m sure u can clear it..i dont know about student reg in icsi website..
If i can clear all stages of CA in first attempt, despite being from Science background,,,, i feel that u too can easily clear all stages of CS (CA is tougher than CS) . Being from Science background, isn't a barrier.

If u start CA course now you cannot do bachlors degree( full time) you have to do in corres..i would suggest concentrate more on 12th and try to get more score in it..once you finish start your CAT prep..:)

Procedure to Become Chartered Accountant
The Procedure can be summarised as below:-
Pass CPT examination--OBTAIN ATLEAST 100.
Register/Enroll for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC)
Complete 9 months of Study Course.
Complete 100 hours of Information Technology Training (ITT).
Complete Orientation Course (35 hours spread over one week).
Pass Group I or both Groups of Integrated Professional Competence Examination (IPCE).
Register as Articled Assistant for a period of 3 years.
Pass Group II of IPCC if not already passed.
Appear in Final Examination during last 6 months of 3 years of articled training.
Pass both the Groups of Final examination.
Get Final Examination Certificate.
Complete remaining period of articled training, if applicable
Complete Course on General Management and Communication Skill
Enroll as a member of ICAI and designate as "Chartered Accountant"
ENROLLMENT PROCESS

No matter which course you have done earlier,you have to pass each and every phase,right from the CPT upto IPCC-final.
Generally it takes around five years to complete the whole course,if you managed to clear all stage in ONE attempt only.
