FA for financial accounting?

Which level?

If for CA IPCC(if the syllabus matches to CWA inter): then 1. MP Vijaykumar or 2. Hanif & Mukherjee

Accounting Standards: DS Rawat or MP Vijaykumar

Cost Accounting Standards: I dunno. Will ask and let u know.........Till then, study from ur module.

hey guys

i did my BBS (bachelor of business studies) from DU in 2010, and thereafter ca inter (PCC) in nov 2010. as of now,i have given two attempts for final, but couldnt get through any group.. i have always been planning mba after completing ca.. but after these two attempts, i am considering to quit ca, gather work-ex and take gmat... what do you suggest?

@[597350:sr] there is no use of leaving CA at the last level ..give one group at a time and you can clear it ...if you wanted to quit then did you wait till last level ?

books given by CS institute are not in explaining theproblems clearly..

When i was a CA student, i used to refer "Padhuka" for Costing....for Accounting, i used to refer to coaching class's material.

Hello all,,,

I am in a dilemma about my career.. hope some one amongst you would like to help me out.
I have completed my B.COM in year 2010. and from May 2011 I am employed as associate executive presales in an IT company in Bangalore (and currently residing in Bangalore).

I want to switch my field to CA or CS (cz of no growth in my job, and do not want to work in same field, i prefer finance/accounts/banking/CS). For now I have thought of going for CS course in Bangalore only.

I am confused whether after 2 year study gap, shall I consider picking up this course? After some months, i will have to quit my job for training and it is the lone source of income for me... If i leave it , I am afraid I will have no income too.. I am not from Bangalore originally so will have to stay as paying guest. Shall I take this step? or is there any alternative that i need not leave my job for some time? How much stipend does one get in training under CS?


Moreover if I choose to do CA, it take nearly 4 years to be recognized and I am 23 year old at present and a female. Is it wise to go for IPCC at this point of time (i.e after 2 yr study gap, though i was working.)

PLEASE HELP ME!!
