Should be I work in TCS since TCS as an abode would take the preposition "in".
If you are referring to some place which has some pin-point location, it would be "at".

Like: I live at london --- WRONG
_____I live in london --- RIGHT
I live at 23rd downtown street --- RIGHT
I Live in 23rd downtown street --- Wrong

Could be work for TCS as well ---TCS as an organisation/work area
