the adverb only must be placed as possible to the word it modifies..in this sentence He is being modified...

Important Subject VERB Agreement
type 1
The President with his ministers visits the flooded area
Here Subject 1- President
Subject 2- ministers
Keyword- with
then the verb must agree with S1 (singular)
so the verb-visits
it is same for keywords like - along with, together with,as well as, accompanied by, in addition to
Type 2
Neither the President nor his ministers visit the flooded area ..
Here Subject 1-President
Subject 2-ministers
Keyword- neither ... nor
then the verb must agree with S2(Plural)
so the verb-visit
it is same for keywords like- either..or ,not only but also
PS: Plural Verbs leaves 's'.. singular verbs takes on 's'
