Foundation Fortnight @Welingkar_Mumbai
Every year Welingkar Institute organises the Foundation Fortnight which is a 15 day preparatory course especially designed to introduce the students to Welingkar’s culture and values. ... It is designed to stimulate imagination and inspire students to make the most of their two years at Welingkar.
'Prayaan' defining the sustainable future took over as the theme for Foundation Fortnight at WeSchool - Mumbai for 2018. Through such orientation events WeSchool, strives to develop the capabilities of students to be future generators of sustainable value for business and society at large and to work for an inclusive and sustainable global economy.

Group Director Sir’s Session → Further moving on we had a session by group director Prof. Dr. Uday Salunkhe Sir for the understanding of:
Vision | Mission | Core Values of WeSchool. This was very thoughtful session by our group director sir.
GCL (Global Citizenship Leader) Program → Next is line was GCL program which is developed in association with CCL (Center for creative leader) which is a unique opportunity for students of WeSchool. Under this, Conglomerates provide various live problems which they are facing (in terms of projects) to students aware of actual working problems of the organizations and guide them as mentors.
Curriculum Introduction → Talking about the main curriculum students were being then introduced about various important subjects which a they needs to undergo.
ADC & Examination Cell → Then students had a session with ADC (Academic Deliverable Cell) & Examination Cell in order to understand the teaching pedagogy and examination pattern of WeSchool along with the importance of guests sessions in the management institute.
CMC (Career Management Cell) → Moving ahead was a session with CMC which helps students in understanding the importance of drafting a unique resume with selection pattern as well as the criteria of different organization in selection procedures with respect to summer internship along with executive placements.
Outbound Activities → WeSchool believes that studies should not be restricted within 4 walls only therefore an outbound activities were designed to improve leadership, communication skills, planning, change management, delegation, teamwork, and motivation skills with the students They were divided into teams and assigned tasks or activities for completion in a specified time.
Freshers Day → At the last day, a fresher party was organized for the students of WeSchool in order to welcome newcomers in a friendly atmosphere and avoid social evils, to encourage their creative impulses to boost their confidence. It was an occasion where seniors and juniors finally bond and unite to celebrate being part of the college.

What are my chances of getting profile based call from Welingkar??
Why one should not miss phase 1? 1. Only phase where profile based calls are also given. 2. You can keep on updating your scores of cat, cat, atma and cet later. 3. Kolkata and Delhi gdpi as centres which will be absent in phase 2. 4. Phase 2 gdpi is very late tentatively in April, also chances of clashing with your final year exams!! 5. Cat and atma scores are out, can apply with those scores also xat we can roughly say 21 marks and above can apply ( need to verify this with actual results later).
did anyone get a call? or will it still take time? I got 94.5 percentile in cat.. what are the chances?
