Since Phase 2 is Cut off based. What is the cut off for CAT and Xat in phase 2? Also, if i don't make it through phase 1 ,will I be eligible to get a call for phase 2?

Under graduation details, I had to provide the marks obtained and the maximum marks but my college didn't provide me the same. I only have the cgpa and the overall percentage with me.
Can anyone tell me what should I do?
My college has not provided the undergraduation degree and the marksheet yet. I have a student bonafide certificate which states that I am a student of this particular college and and a scorecard which contains my cgpa of all semesters and my overall percentage.
