Okay,so, i'll just let my logical self speak for myself rather than bursting the emotional bubble. While i comdemn people cursing the system but i understand their frusration and pov. What i fail to understand is that since XL was one of the first b-schools to get over with the interview process even when some of the other instititutes had postponed the process due to the corona outbreak. Aspirants, at the back end, did somewhat risk their lives to sit for the process in a hope that since the college isnt delaying the process so it'll come out with the results on time. And thats what gave us the "hope" which has now turned to 'Red's' definition of it for a few of us. While i understand the hierarchy XL tries to follow regarding the college admissions and waits for the "holy trinity" to come out with their results first. Since A and B are out already and C has given an "exact date", why not just come out with the results and give that extra buffer time to students to pay in once C results are out too. Since XL interviews were over a month earlier than C, the least we can expect is for them to come out with the results sooner. Maybe my perception is completely wrong and vague but this is just a personal thought i wanted to share. Or maybe, its just another test of patience they're taking which fits into their culture. MAYBE.
Does anyone here know what are the location of GDPI process for XLRI apart from Mumbai,Delhi,Bangalore and Jamshedpur?

This is on a serious note. I'm genuinely curious as to why should it take more than a day or so in releasing the result after the GDPI process has been completed. Are there any complexities that we aren't aware of? Or is it an unspoken rule for institutes to release results in the particular order? I'm sure it cannot be lethargy. Then, what is it?! Do adcoms have any idea?

How much effect can the Asynchronous Video Interview and the Self Profile Assessment Questions have on the results? Many people missed something or the other, while a lot of people were able to show a side of their personality which might not have shown up in the PI and GD. For me as well, some very important and interesting stuff that was asked in other interviews, got no chance to come out in the XL PI, and they only got covered in the Asynchronous Video Interview and Self Profile Assessment.

Personal Advice to all of you :- Results check Karne pe agar portal Mei "Congratulations" word dikh jaye, to naachne se pehle make sure it's not "for Jhajhar Campus". Bohot ganda katega nhi to :p
