Is the chance of getting selected with a comparative low GMAT in R1 window higher than in R2 window? FYI: R1 results are shared before R2 results.

I want to start preparing for gmat, keeping isb as my goal. Please suggest some good coaching centres in Hyderabad. I also want to know what are the approximate deadlines for applying in isb. I saw the dates as October for applications in isb website, where as I read in some other page that it is March. Which one is correct?
