1. After the admission in one IIM, is it possible to shift for another IIM or any other institutions in next year if being selected there?
when will be the results of PI of FPM IIM indore declared?
which area for fpm is better among IT, Strategy and HR.... Both in terms of industry opportunities and Academic opportunities .... Which one is difficult among these or personal preferences should be the only deciding criterion ?? pls guide
Which one better for OM IIM L or IIM I?
There will b any waitlist for fpm in iim Indore or its final? Bcoz definitely the person who got selected in the final list may prefer other iim...so will they consider the next person for admission? Kindly help me out with this qstn....

I am planning to sit for FPM/pHD entrance exams for 2017. I have few doubts in my mind. Would really appreciate if someone could address them:
1. What are the best colleges in India for doing pHD/ FPM in marketing?
2. What are the best colleges in India for doing phD/ FPM in operations research?
3. During PIs, should one have a very clear idea on what their research topic in particular will be? Or do the institutions judge you on your subject knowledge?
4. What are the institutions looking for in general from a pHD/ FPM student?
5. I will also be giving UGC NET. Do you think it will be useful? I believe FMS accepts the scores of JRF NET.
6. I have written a brief paragraph below about my experience. Would be great if someone can guide on what extra I require to get into a prestigious institute.
My professional qualifications and experiences:
10th marks: 89.6
12th marks: 91.6
Did engineering in electronics and communications from Jaypee Institute of management and scored 81%. After that I worked in Accenture for a year for a telecom client. Then, I did my MBA from FORE School of management in marketing ops and scored 7.75 CGPA. During my MBA, I went for a student exchange program in france where I did a course under Dr. Philip Kitchen ( who is the editor of the 'Journal of marketing, volume 21' and founder of the International Conference on Corporate and Marketing Communications). I completed my MBA last year (2015) and now I am working in the R&D department of Indian market research bureau.

I have submitted fees in IIM U but now i have admission in other IIM.
So IIM U is not refunding my acceptance fees of 25 k.
It is not justified i have not taken admission there.
Though the amount is low but still it is valuable
is there any precedence that anyone with more than 10 years experience in PSU has joined FPM after resigning from big central govt PSU like BHEL/IOCL/GAIL/SAIL/NTPC/ONGC/NHPC/HAL/BEL etc

Can anybody review the pHD programme offered by Symbiosis international university for management?
I have qualified JRF - NET in April 2016. I run my own business too. I am interested to join good IIMs for FPM.
1. Am I allowed to pursue my business area as my thesis. The business is in a cutting edge area.
2. I have JRF, and I heard IIMs offer stipend as well. Do I have to forfeit one for thei other.
FPM hostel rooms are equipped with AC In IIM Lucknow or not
