sorry for the delay in posting.. too busy guys with the final semester exams just round the corner.. all engg grads wil agree wid this that we sleep the whole sem and wake up at the last min.. hehe
this is with reference to the post by sakshi.... u r doing a great job ya.. keep it up... and yes applauding alone will not help.. lets all do something... for the time being lets do our bit to create awareness among the people....
i plan to put up posters in this regard at my college notice board and outside my colg canteen (afterall thats where most of the people are..:) )..
let us all come together and help sakshi in this operation..

I am in 
. Anyways now let me tell you about myself 😃 I am Varghese P. Mathew and am a Malayalee and settled in Chennai. Don't ask me about my knowledge of Tamil or Malayalam, I am better in Hindi though you will soon know that, I am bad at that also. I speak only English everywhere and that I think could be a disadvantage or advantage according to different viewpoints 😃 Another thing I wanted to tell was that the Tiger project is a very good thing and there is another thing which you guys could help without much effort. It is about this site http://folding.stanford.edu/ Check it out and try to help by downloading their software and letting it use the wasted CPU power for finding out the cures to various diseases. Anyways in my post which told about my selection, they told that the last date is 30th March...So will have to call them up tomorrow and ask them about it. That's all for now 😃

have missed a lot of action in the past week or so...had a pc issue which got solved only today thats why cldn't really sign in on to the net.......
The waitlist result is finally out......And as per my predictions,i think that everyone in the waitlist got through....they probably wld be calling a few others as well....
anyways congratulations to all the pple on the waitlsit and now are on the main merit list.........welcome aboard pple...........
it must have really been hard for all of you the entire last month but i am sure that all of you must be partying hard right now and why shouldn't you....u are now a part of an esteemed institution................

Its great on your part to inform us about the reality as I always thought that the tiger population in India is increasing.Its really disturbing to see that this thing is going on,and even more disturbing is the agony that we cant do much about it.So,lets go ahead and really do something about it.After going to SIMS we all can join PETA...and seriously do something regarding this.Lets,unite and really save tigers...........

Nice to see all the activity in the group and on this thread.....Seems like SIMS really gonna rock this year specially with the batch of such outgoing people....
Congrats Manu....I know it must be feeling really gr8 to have that letter in your hand...Congratulations Man....
If you go on the SIMS site,you will see that they now have put that classes for the 2006-08 batch start from the 3rd July, under the news section.....So just made me feel that the time to go to SIMS is coming closer...I am really excited but at the same time really enjoying the free time that I have right now before I go to SIMS and work my ass off...of course there will be a lotta fun too.....but then just enjoying the vela time that i have right now....though i guess we will be receiving the study material soon and probably will have to work a lil bit on that as well......
anyways the bottom line is that I am really looking forward to SIMS elevating my career and providing me with exciting oppurtunities with huge pay packages.........plus a lifetime of amazing friends.....
