Bunny glad to have u back.... yea u r rite snap mein not me...but my fav band Megadeth.... i dunno if ppl listen to metal here but jus general fyi am into rock big time, Pink Floyd, Pearl Jam, Megadeth, Metallica, The ultimate is Iron Maiden and from the current ones Coldplay, Green Day, Foo Fighters.....can go on and on !!! Shud stop........
Sid about loan me too stuck with that coz have heard seniors have taken from SBI but my branch doesnt provide it.....me plannin to talk to some seniors...lets c how it ll materialise....maybe will take docs to pune and see if possible thr itself.

2.Yes-u do share ur room wth 2 other people.
3.U r allowed to go out nytime as long as u maintain ur attendance!!offcourse u hve intimings at nght for bth guys and girls.
PS:All ths info is based on the fact tht -these were the rules and well the geographical locations of the places certainly uptill 2 yrs bck wen my brother ws part of SIMS.
I dnt knw wat is the xact scenario this time, incase nybody knws he/she cn inform and help everybody in the process.

@Sid - read again my post says dads posted to harayana so keep doin up and down and while thr stay at Bua jis place thats in Krishna Nagar....dunno if u knw.... about loan yeah TASK my dads put on my shoulders COZ 'U shud knw what u have to go thru in REAL world'!!! Uhhh....My dad stressing tons on carrying my responsibilities on my own.

Sonal...yeah lets make it 100 pages.....that would really be cool.......
Abhishek.....The placement Scenario at SIMS has already been discussed at length several times ever since the start of the thread.....So it really wouldn't be possible to give you all those details in a matter of a single post....Howver...The placements for the current batch have been really good with the highest international package of 12l pa and the domestic as high as 8l pa...the average salary figure is somewhere arnd 5.3l pa mark.....
In case you want more details I would reccomend that you take some time out and go through the previous pages of the thread for the same....I know there are a lotta posts but that just shows that everything that you can think of now has already been thought of discussed at length........
Rainbow Sparks and Frieden Leibe......Just keep up the good work going and we sure will touch a huge number as far as the number of posts and pages are concerned.....Though one things alreday been proved.....we people rock big time and really are a set of enthusiastic people....That is just so evident from our participation in the thread and the yahoo group that we have.......

About the institute well i hve been there a lot of times snce i ws also doin my engg. at the time wen my brother ws there so all i cn say is grt campus.

Long time since I sent any message in this. Or rather even read it since I thought everyone would have moved on to the Yahoo groups. Those who haven't do join as more the merrier in that. Raghav has done a fine job in creating that group and we are having more conferences and having good fun in that. I feel that the mails now are starting to become mails with no information that we have not covered already. I think "someone" should create a FAQ in Yahoo and here to answer all the questions based on what has been told already in the forum and the group. What say guys?

Amazing 2 see this thread havin almost 1000 posts on it... ppl i think this is the time u guys can use u brush up ur acads n others to get some knowledge of other streams...i mean engineers & science grads get ur accounts right n ppl from arts n commerce background geta feel of maths n operations......
most of our batch has gone home for a week b4 summers.... some like me are`directly goin for summers(me joinin tomm.) so probably won't be able to get on the thread that regularly.....
