Any update regarding court case ?
So, aaj judges kaafi naraaz the RBI se kyuki inspite of questioning RBI over their evaluation process rbi ne court ko satisfactory answer nahi diya! Rbi ne kuch qualfied aur thode disqualified candidates ka paper diya court ko but Judge was smart enough to acknowledge ke jisse mararthi nahi aati uska bhi yeh paper ho sakta hai aur petitioners ka nahi so he wanted to know the criteria of evaluation which RBI was unable to provide. Hon'ble HC has given RBI some more time for clarification else grant relief to petitioners & hence arbitatrary actions of rbi will not be accepted. So RBI ko aur time diya hai next hearing on 18th june 2018 to give a better explanation or submit their case
kaha gaye woh jo bol rahe the first hearing me case dismiss hoga yaha sab ultta ho rhaa hai ab rbi harega aur baki regions ka result lag sakta hai mumbai chodkr ab mumbai ke undeserving candidates apna jhola bando aur niklo yhse mumbai ka baki region aish manao
