case order aagaya hai jara RBI ke lawyers ki aukaat dekhlo sidha dimiss kar diya unka view regarding cancelling our petition, so dekh ke maza aaya ke rbi kya uska baap bhi arbitrarily koi bhi action nahi le sakta.
Excerpts of the order-
Having considered the same, we are of the prima facie view that the rejection of the petitioners' candidature on the basis that they failed in Marathi language proficiency test cannot be sustained as undisputedly the questions and answers though have been examined but no marks were fixed for the questions and consequently the same were not awarded to the answers. This in our prima facie view may have led to arbitrariness in declaration of result and makes the earlier exercise of preliminary and final examination futile. In the circumstances, by way of interim order, we direct that the respondents shall continue with the process of appointment in the State of Maharashtra but shall keep 66 posts vacant for which petitioners have participated

Now it's possible that lpt papers of qualified candidates from mumbai will be reexamined coz there were no marks for questions And RBI doesn't Know how they qualified those candidates or the other solution is conducting lpt again ....

Rbi will be re.evaluating ur old lpt answer sheets and will provide u with d results on d basis of marks.. Al d bst mumbai puys.
in my opinion ,rbi should have qualified all the marathi candidates and should have declared final results on merit basis ,as done in other regions.just my opinion.But i think rbi is alsso having some plans
