Like many others in this forum i also think that the petition will not stand and the matter shall be disposed off in next 1-2 hearings. But issue should not end there. The petitioners must face some penalty for disrupting the whole process either they should be barred from future examination or something else should be done. We should not allow small no of persons to cause mental harrasment to such a large no. of genuine candidates.

Sooner or later, we might expect an another case questioning the process of alloting marks in English paper of Phase 2 paper.
Does anyone know how many cases have been filed in this regard apart from Sumit Kr vs RBI?
Or is it the single case that has stalled the recruitment process?
I guess now the focus shifts to SEBI just as the circus entertainment shifts from one location to other. The only thing is that the RBI leg of it left a lot of us unsatiated-be it petitioners or others including me who felt the Question level and its pertinence(to the actual job) is at an all time low(which is alarming!) and also many miffed by the inordinate delays and inconspicuous approach( Maybe it needs to hire specialist HR talent from XL/TISS-as generalists are making a mess of it!) in the communication process. It goes without saying that for almost all of us here this is a dream job and thus this episode has caused a lot of heartburn-But now i am packing my bags and leaving-This court case tracking business and the associated daily turmoil is too much cacaphony for me to handle. Atb my friends see ya when something actually materialises(beyond just the realms of speculation!)-till then see ya at the next circus location-Hope SEBI episode will be smoother. "Justice delayed is justice denied"-hope the courts give a damm about us-and not end up like some state psc exams where it has been years and are still stuck in courts. Jai hind! friends would like your help on general awareness part in phase 1. i am giving sebi exam and it is first bank exam i am giving. i belive ga questions will be similar to rbi so would like to ask about sources and level of questions. also all toppers say to prepare from ga capsules but right now no capsules are available and those that are available are of july which is of no use. sp please tell from where to study
