- Indian Air Force (IAF) received its 6th C-17 Globemaster III from United Sates. Indian government had accorded approval to IAF to buy 10 C-17 Globemaster III along with associated equipment in June 2011.
- Science Express Biodiversity Special (SEBS) train, an innovative exhibition on wheels, started on its 3rd phase to create awareness amongst masses in general and youth in particular about the exceptional biodiversity of India.
- SEBS is a flagship venture of Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, Ministry of Science and Technology and Indian Railways.
- The current decade (2011-2020) has been declared as the United Nations Decade on Biodiversity and United Nations Decade for Deserts and Fight against Desertification.
- The BJP led Union Government announced a Rs 500 crore Rashtriya Gokul Mission to protect the indigenous Cow breeds in India.
- Indian mission in Tripoli, Libya advised the Indian nationals to leave the country by all possible means and not to travel to Libya.

- Australian government provided five million Australian dollars (4.7 million $) in urgent humanitarian assistance to Gaza.

and US reached an agreement in substance on the terms of an
Inter-Governmental Agreement (IGA) to implement FATCA and India is now
treated as having an IGA in effect from April 11, 2014.

Bank of India (Exim Bank) extended a Line of Credit (LOC) of USD 41.96
million to the Republic of Senegal for the purchase of eligible goods,

India.
- RBI enhanced the investment limit in government
securities available to FIIs/QFIs/FPIs by USD 5 billion by
correspondingly reducing the amount available to long term investor from
USD 10 billion to USD 5 billion within the overall limit of USD 30
billion.
- The incremental investment limit of USD 5
billion shall be required to be invested in government bonds with a
minimum residual maturity of three years.
- Australia approved the US $ 16.5 billion Carmichel coal mining project of Indian company Adani Mining.
- The project will produce of 60 million tonnes of coal per annum.
- The project will lead to 10,000 direct and indirect jobs in Australia and add US $ 2.97 billion to Queensland's economy.
- Uninor set a record in Guinness Book of World Records, by opening 362 retail outlets in a single day in India.

A,B,C,D,E,F and G are seven persons who travel to office everyday by a particular train which stops at 5 stations-i,ii,iii,iv,v respectively after it leaves base station.Three among them get in the train at the base station.D gets down at the next station at which F gets down.B does not get down either with A or E.G alone gets in at station iii and gets down with C after one station.A travels between only two stations and gets down at station v.None of them gets in at station ii.C gets with F but does not get in with either B or D.E gets in with two others and gets down alone after D.B and D work in the same office and they gets down together at station iii.None of them gets down at station i.
