Exm postponed in chennai. No further inf was given
The Online Phase II examination for the Officer in Gr B (Gen)-Dr-BY-2015 at Chennai Centre that was originally scheduled to be held on December 7, 2015 has been postponed and re-scheduled to be held on December 14, 2015. The new venue will be communicated by email/SMS/revised Admission Letters.
Candidates may kindly check their email & visit RBI website regularly for further details and downloading of revised Admission Letters.

It would have been easier if they had postponed it for all.
Now, our results will also be late. There wont be any homogeneity. Again, some kind of scaling will be done. Again, they should make new questions for the Chennai batch. So many logistical issues!
Instead, postpone for everybody, and the standardization and a level-playing field could have been continued. (But that would affect UPSC Mains :D)
No other city candidates got mail or SMS about postponement ? Although it is the right move to postpone, it could have been for everyone.
Does cut off of all three section will differ (out of 300 or 200+100) for interview as they will normalise the scores by percentile method?

Very good move by RBI for considering plight of chennai guys..............it'd buy em some more time to study n things ill get better in the meantime 😃

Nice move. The Chennai candidates in midst of all the trouble can sigh of relief now. My wishes and prayers to them.

No one will get any undue advantage like that! Its for your own benefit. No one can change your attempts but you can give undue benefits to others by discussing it.

If RBI selects in a ratio of 1:3 for interview, one has to get 85.86 percentile to fetch a call....
