Hi Puys, here's a general overview of my interview experience.. for guys with good work-ex, they generally don't ask abt the hobbies and HR questions.. they asked questions related to my experience..if you have worked for a private company whose name they recognize, then they would definitely ask more details about the experience you had there .. if you are an MBA, questions can range anywhere from latest global macro-eco, national current affairs, banking sector knowledge to financial concepts relating to your domain. As others mentioned the panel is cordial, but not all panelists ask great questions and at times fail to understand your responses, in such cases Sardar Ji comes to your rescue and sort things out.. would share more details and specific questions in April... ATB to all the shortlisted candidates and aspirants!

Hi. I recently quit my job to prepare for UPSC and have my Grade B interview in March. Should I mention the UPSC preparation part to the Board if they ask why did I quit my job? Please suggest.
