Sometimes i get confused whether i sud join rrb po or nationalized bank po! Whereas i want to try for RBI grade b (truly not sure if ill continue my prep. 4 rbi)

Hi friends.... Can anyone tell me whether the pay scale of rbi grade b has been revised or not...?
Kindly help me out with an advice guys. I am thinking of giving CAIIB this june, but would that not clash with RBI Grade B ? I have also found mentions of CAIIB subjects being helpful in preparation of the RBI, is that true ?
I am in two minds about this. I will not give CAIIB if that deters even the preparation of RBI. Please suggest me.

Msc in environmental sciences .. from past 3 years am working as a lecturer .. but from 2015 am writing all competitive exams along with working ... i want to prepare seriously for rbi grade b 2016 please help ... might be i will face any problm .. science graduates that to teaching exp .. they will reject? or if we get good marks they will select? i got 79 in ibps po 2015 .. i want to prepare seriously but i have lot of doubts please ..help me ? what should i do?

What are the type of questions asked in the economic/social issues and the optional papers of phase 2? Are they all purely theoretical? Are there more scenario based questions? Or is there also a significant amount of general awareness/current affairs related questions?
Also, is there a sample paper for phase 2 online thats pretty reliable and accurate wrt the pattern?
