Puys as RBI conducted phase 2 online for the first time last year i learned from it that questions were picked up from mostly current events. Similarly nabard phase 2 is also online for the first time , what sorts of preparation can be done for phase 2 ? we have 100 seats to fight for , last time i got 96 in phase 2 (eng -59 and ESI-37, cutoff was 112), but this time i am ready to burn midnight oil or even i am ready to cut my sleeping hours .yesterday only when many got name in po final list but i got it in reserve list. i know hard work pays off finally , but need ur active participation . i don't want to reappear in ibps po this year . i know many of you are much more knowledgeable than me, please guide me for ESI PAPER and agricultural and rural development paper.
if you can comment about your book suggestions it will be of great help for me or fellow aspirants. i am ready to improve everything.

Could not clear rbi. Looking into future exams, I have applied for Nabard grade a. There also a notification from gic, but posts are very less. Should one apply for it?
Any successful candidate without work experience and also without IIT/IIM tag ?
