Off topic.....I have been reading Yojana (courtesy of UPSC not RBI, It isn't of much help for RBI so I don't recommend it) from quite some time but always wondered why it comes packed in a poly bag even though some topics inside the magazine talks about sustainable development & environmental issues. Ain't it ironic?

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum Can u please suggest me how to start my preparation, it would be great help.

Hi Guys! Got a lot of help from this forum but need a few more clarifications. I started preparing for RBI since mar. Finished NCERT 11 & 12. Switched to Biz standard from Hindu, finding it more useful, reading banker's adda monthly capsule. last year finished Arun sharma's quant, eng, DI for CAT. Starting all over again. Is this ok for PT? Following Mrunal's RBI. Kindly suggest:

1) Must do books for ESI and Finance paper.

2) Saw last seven years Eng paper. Though ESI is no more desc but the same topics are being asked in Essays. I am at loss of content in Essays. Plz guide for content improvisation.

3) What about Management section of F&M? IGNOU material?

4) Working in Bank so wanted to know if there is something related to F&M in JAIIB/CAIIB syllabus. Not appeared for JAIIB/CAIIB.

HELLO everyone I am new to this  forum.....in phase 2 I score 68 in eng, 55 in esi and 45 in fm........plz guide me books for finance.....from which numerical based question for finance came....Thank you..

Big News: Gov is to done away with 5 year plans. The 12th (2012-2017) five year plan might be the last one. Gov is considering to have a long-term 15 year national development agenda, this will include internal security & defense as well which was not a part of its predecessor. As per proposed blueprint, there will be a shorter 7 year action plan withing the larger framework & a review every 3 years. This move is on the expected line of the budget announcement where gov decided to drop plan/non-plan distinction from 2017-18.
