The Candidate before filling up of fresh preferences for NTPC (Graduate) posts against CEN-03/2015 should ensure that they fulfill the medical criteria of that posts keeping in mind that no alternate Employment will be given in case the candidate is found medically unfit for the post as per para- 9 of CEN 03/2015.

Dear Sir/Mam,
With reference to Centralised Employment Notice No. 03/2015 (CEN 03/2015) and the recently published notice regarding the same on 4.05.2017, I have following queries:
1. While the original notification indicated 18252 vacancies to be filled, the new notice has decreased it to 14023. Please give the official reason of Ministry of Railways for reducing 4229 seats after 1.5 years of recruitment process.
2. While there are decrease of posts in almost every RRB, the percentage decrease highly varies from 5% to almost 50% in some RRBs. What is the official reason behind this highly fluctuating decrease in posts.
3. Why almost all clerical posts (barring few) have been removed from the recruitment process.
4. If 7th Pay Commission is the reason of this decrease, then how RRBs like Ajmer, Secunderabad, Ahmedabad are bearing the burden which have seen less than 10% of seat reduction.
5. What is the result process after change in preference of posts. Will the this be followed by Document verification for CA/TA/GG as written in notification OR physiology test for ASM and typing test for ECRC & others will take first.
6. When can we expect the final results and final joining by successful candidates of NTPC CEN 03/2015.
7. If we have to register our objections against decrease in vacancies of NTPC CEN 03/2015, which is the most relevant concerned authority to be approached.
