Total qualified for 2nd stage=18252x15=273780
Total appeared =224000 approx.( 12.27 times of vacancy )
Now , vacancy decreased to 14023,
Conceptually-- 273780÷14023= 20 times approx.
But , actually --24000÷14023= 16 times approx.
Cutoff will get increased by 10 to 12 marks
I mean final cutoff will be more than 100 marks.
