1. he knows someone high in the office who has made the report or similar stature so the information, if insider info says he is in then result is near (most likely)
2.He has highest order of sixth sense then it none of our matter
3.he is playing us so relax(most unlikely)

then waiting game as usual till 15 feb which i feel too far feteched

If you click on their website using proxy even by mistake, someone else will get money on your behalf.
