mujhe to lagta hai guru bhai sahab ko ye nahin pata tha ki result nahin out hua hai lekin ye pata chal gaya tha ki ..........unka ho gaya hai ..i smell smthing fishy..........

@ramshyam1 dost umeed par duniya kayam hai, dar toh hum sabhi ko lag raha hai. yeh koi nayi baat nahi hia ki PSU mein pauaa chalta hai.. but we should B+

Mera toh mann hin hat gaya hai ab in PSU's se , kya karoonga life mein pata nahi..

this is the last one just waiting for result. ishke interview k baad se maine kitab ko haath bhi nahi lagaya hai , aisa nahi ki mera bahut acha gaya hai, bas mann nahi karta ish race mein daurne ka ..

THAT AMOUNTS TO NUCLEAR BOMB

Now we have in this forum many kinds of people lets distinguish them

1. Those fresh engineer in last year of their study. Please study for GATE because if not SAIL then there other PSU i have checked sarkarinaukri each one has 5 companies to go at and some of the free so give your try i will explain later every has good chance of going through

2. Those who are struggling with private technical jobs and crying foul then you can wait carry out your current job thats it!

3. Those who dont have any job (like me) and have large amounts unemployment period in your resume(like 7 mths) and had bet everything in SAIL then we can cry and accuse SAIL be happy for sometime

4 for MBA guys The technical guys can wile away the time thorugh GATE but administration guys(like me) who has no choice but to do nothing, for me i have read 10 books in these times during result period and going short on my book collection.

Now for motivation for technical guys

Assume 10 lakh gate assiprants

Before PSU accepting GATE score

gate exam was said to tough because masters should be done in good college if not IIT so high score was required

But the current situation is different

10 lakh assume 2012 (7.8lakh)

10% doesnt appear for the exam( previous year stat) - 1lakh

so total 9 lakh will write the exam

ECE-25% - 2.25lakh

CSE-22% - 1.98lakh

MECH-17-1.53lakh

ELEC-16% - 1.44lakh

Previous year adding all the IIT &IISC; then total seat are 108526

Assume 80%tile

means 1.8lakhs out of which 1lakh will go to IIT give or take so remaining are 80,000

in that different streams are

ECE- 16,000

CSE-14500

MECH- 12000

ELEC- 11600

so ultimately you better chance of going in an PSU with this kind of stats

So you have to get around 30 marks for above 95%ile

Success of gate lies in better planning

Such a big post THOSE waiting for results keep waiting and those preparing for gate, all of you should be out by now and open your gate manual

@all mera interview bahut gud hua tha.. nd gd bhi.. still i hv lost hope in psu, nd dont expect much... coz itna din ho gaya, kuch jugad wugad chal raha hoga inka... sare k sare aise hi hain psu.. 😞 😞

@arunheros nd wat abt mtech people jo ke jabardasti mtech kar rhae just to compensate for their year gap...nd dat too ghar pe rehke, with a tag of unemployed..........

The thing is,

if one gets selected then he/she will be happy to wait 2/3 months for the joining date

if one doesn't get selected, then he/she may cry for one/two days but one will start job searching with more seriousness than ever.

so, SAIL MoFos please declare the results ASAP
