@Rasman .......yah I also agree with u but i think the most important factor is to change the Administration, corruption is the fruit of improper administration & lack of supervision.
Only privatization doesn't help in reducing corruption, the people should change their mind & if not possible set a clear goal & responsibilty for everyone in that organization, falling which lead to strict punishment.Employees wellfare should be always kept in mind as People are the key factor of any business either it is Govt or Private Organization.
1) Did the company will give the product for the exact price which the customer asks for. No not at all.
2) we must follow the rules and regulations which king makes, but here in market the cost of product is not fixed by a customer.
3) The quality of product is not tested by a customer.
4) even sometimes customer is not satisfying with the product.
How we can say customer as a king.
"it is just a business logic".
If customer buys the product then company will get the profit. So as to attract customer and as to increase there sales they must tell the words like that.
Finally if company gets the profit they will invest that money to introduce new product but not for social welfare (public purpose).
1. Customer purchase product according to their budget& need(long term use, shortterm use) not in terms of quality.Brand Name is what?? the belive in particular product quality that serving the people for a long years.So there is no space to test a product by customer.Brand value is enough.
2. Customer is the supreme authority to choose the particular brand though similar quality product exsist s in market of different brand.
3. Every Company has strategic business plan to capture the market according to the income status. Tata Motors never asked the customer to set a price of Tata Nano..but the company has specific target to capture the middle class income group & set a reasonable price so that the people can purchase.
4. when a new product is launched by company first it need market survey. Again in market survey consumer is the KIng bcoz it simply means to take care all the aspect which majority of customer wants.
5. If Customer is not satisfying with a particular product they never bought the product again..so all the choices are in hand of consumer not the seller.
6.Again Business is a both way process.....byers & sellers...... any sucessful business happens when both makes profit virtually. Virtually because, Sellers make a tagged price which is (manufacturing cost+Profit) & byers thought that in this budget he gets the best thing in market...
