Duly filled in Application Form (in four copies) with recent passport size photograph,TA claim and other relevant forms, which are to be downloaded from SAIL website, career page.

Now, can you tell me how many photographs do we have to carry? One or Four?

Sir, they have mentioned 4 copies => 4x4 pages. May be you have to submit 1 copy to each selection procedure - GD, PI - Technical, PI - HR. and 1 extra spare copy.
That Biodata application form is like your Detailed CV and hence it is safe to carry more copies.
