At 04:30 hours; there is negligible traffic so, you will take 30 minute to travel. But, that is a kind of early morning and you might take another half an hour to find suitable Taxi. Taxi drivers usually getup around 05:00 hours. Your interview won't be that early so you will anyways reach on time.

Airport is a risky area. When you will move out, you would see 100 Taxis and 1000 Autos. NEVER NEVER EVEN LOOK AT THEM.
Reason: They will charge you 250 Rs - Auto and 350 Rs - Taxi. (It takes roughly 50 Rs. Auto and 90 Rs. Taxi in general) and the moment, they notice you looking at them, they will do whatever they can to deceive you. In other words, Mumbai Prepaid Auto / Taxi is dangerous.
Rather do, one thing. Move out of airport. Just keep walking. You would see Airport Bus Stop. On your left OR right side, you shall see some Flyover / Bridge. Move in that direction. Keep walking. Within 2 minutes, you will be totally out of Airport (assuming normal pace of 8 kmph). See Autos / Taxi there. Don't take Auto / Taxi which is coming from Airport side. Every other Auto / Taxi is fine. In Mumbai, they will usually go by meter. Don't take those Auto which don't go by meter.
If you are confused, just ask any Auto - are you Prepaid. Those who say - NO; go with them.
