the interview panel at chennai is always taking stress interview.. had exp of last yr, nd dis yr few frnds ttold me..

Guys, now we can't do anything but, wait for the results. In the meantime, as some people said, why don't we discuss about the forthcoming exams like GATE, IES etc.. Is anybody from electrical out there?
@deepali.patna @560 @kplight fellas...consensus definitly had importance..group discussion is not only abt ur persnl opinion its equally abt convincing others...if u r logical nd crrct den u can easily convince other members wth ur argumnts(if dey disagree)...nd if stubborn nd illogical he will b left alone.though time limit was v tyt nd it was v demanding ...

@deesinghpar we were 9 in total in GD... 3-4 people wr supporting me ovr there.. 3-4 were inert.. and one was strictly against me.... at last we two were there in discussion.. i tried to convince that guy... he was not ready to accept it all that i m right

eveen panel told us consensus is imp ..they said ur brilliance is of no use if u donot make decesion in a matter .......its about grp abilty and indivisual eeefoorts were rewarded for this by giving them marks they said after gd AND about interview noone knows what they were testing from some people only basic question from some abstract question like temple bell manufacturing and sound effect, railwayline toughness power rating of a device ..bla bla bla
@deepali.patna actually elimination is not d ryt word..wat sum psus do is set a definite cutoff in gd/interview as d case may b...uif u score marks equal or greater dan dat cutoff ur (wrttn+gd+pi) will b added accrdng 2 der respective wghtage ofcourse...
if u dnt qualify gd/pi cutoff u r straightaway out of d race(watevr u hv scored in wrttn)

@deesinghpar ...i m not saying that it is not important,,,,but it`s not..that much important that....it decides ur selection and rejection....it can matter only...2-3 marks difference,,,,,and after taking 20% of ur gd score...as they say,,,gd`s weightage,.....then the difference ...becomes negligible....

u nevr knw mate..evry marks count...wat my xperience was dat dey wer evaluating performance both as a group as well as individually..
@deesinghpar donno what they actually expect frm the candidates... jst after entering the GD room they said that they r not here to test ur communication skill and how much u speak... and in PI they ask anything that comes to their mind at that time....
