@indra589 i asked to the SAIL... they don't disclose marks... but if u come in the final merit list, u can request to know the marks...

s@indra589 i thnk dat written marks dont vary much, coz very few students get shorlost after written in comparision to appearing candidates... so v shid nt thnk much.. nd even wch is nt in our hands..just hope for d best....

yaaara interview panel bada kahtaranak tha bhai ...GD was AWSOME ...3 rpunds mein sabme consensus bana ........suna hai bhaiyo ki interview is decider in PSU ??
@ramshyam1 its 60:20:20 so written is very important...but it seems that written marks may not vary alot....and GD round may eleminate some ppl ..so obviously PI becomes important ..actually each and every round is important...hope for the best....
Exactly @BijoyM ! I heard they give good scores in interview.. almost 17-18 to most.. and that GD is more important due to the elimination effect.. Fingers crossed..
but i guess cutofff is very lesss in sail so matks may vary in written also so written becomes utmost imp .person there told me that GD consensus , personal speaking ability was very imp in GD and marks may vary widely in GD
interview was also unpredictable u cannot predict becoz in my centre at chennai many times they were asking abstract questions just to asses the personality also marks may vary widely in interview ..but we are just guessing

@ramshyam1 True.. there were GK and common sense questions in my interview as well..Seemed more like a pressure test to me.. :/

CONCENSUS ....jaroori tha kya ,,bhai log....we failed in that....i don`t think so that it mattered....that much.....
@560 i think u r right... cuz opinions vary... suppose u r 100 % right and ur counter parts hv differnt opinion...but still till the end they will stay with their views....
