Dear all...As I lastly Told you My dilemma of HAL and SAIL...I have joined HAL but somehow I feel that SAIL is still better for me..now if result comes and I cleared SAIL ..then I have to leave HAL..In that case do you have any idea how much bond money I have to pay to HAL..Provided I Left HAL within 15 days of joining..please help and try to give me an honest idea as my life is depending on that..thanx

Now coming to sail , i would say it will be better if u talk to HR cell of HAL because at this instant of time u need to get proper info that i think u can get from there only.....
But if u go to ask they can ask the reason why u wanna leave... so let sail announce its result and then go to ask to HR cell for the bond money and all.....thanxxxx.........

We won't be right person to answer the question. So, talk to employee relation cell (HR department) of HAL and also to your immediate boss. Depending on what they say - you decide your strategy.
Just ask in general - how much to pay rather than declaring sole reason. OR a second approach is possible. Wait for result and when result PASS then ask for leaving. But, in that case, if they ask too much money then HAL is better for killer20 Sir.
