@deesinghpar Sir, I think you are taking @slendereyes Sir in a wrong sense. (May be he means Jan will be result out date and Feb end will be date of joining.) The last date for interview was 12/03/2012 (mm/dd/yyyy format) as per @killer20 Sir. Any PSU takes around 1 month to issue result (minimum time). So, dont expect result before 03/01/2013 (dd/mm/yyyy format). But 1 thing is true: HR people only make rough forecasts. They don't know actual dates.

@slendereyes Sir, if the result takes such too long time, what is the reason for delay?
Also, how many lists SAIL has? I mean is there a Wait List ??? Kindly elaborate as per your expertise.

SAIL has been giving joinings in MAR-APR region for the last few years.The reason for it is the promotion policy.So that a 3 year promotion takes around 3yrs and a few months extra.So even if joinings are in FEB it'll be early compared to last batches.

Even I had heard that corporate office is in hurry for joinings for the ongoing expansion.
But When I talked to my frnd in corporate I came to know that NO processing has been done yet and the results may take another month JAN last may be. Thats all I can say for now.

And for all your information there are no MDs in any plants of SAIL as CEO is the new heads of plants.So dont get cocky like you know everything.

@slendereyes Sir, hope what you said about result becomes true. I am not in hurry. I just found in SAIL press release that they changed their MD in 2008.
