Some points to be Noted:
1. This is average good marks of a good aspirant having good grasp equally in all section .
2. If one's one of the section is weak and one of the other section is too strong he/she should alter those section score(and may be just may be you also get the same)
Friends seriously not doing for the likes just a prediction of mine for Unreserved category. (my prediction is also supporting the prediction of @futuristic008 and @GodIsGreatest )

English (Good average score) = 24
Maths (Good average score) = 17
GA(Good average score) = 29
Reasoning(Good average score) = 16
(Note: for reasoning section here are some points before taking 16 as average good marks...
A.Most of aspirants may have wasted 5 minutes to see which question to start with.... as all questions are not just lengthy but too lengthy even the coding decoding is like reading an eassy.
B. To do a puzzle with 100 % accuracy it should have taken 15 minutes as we all know the difficulty level asked so this means 5 question in 15 minutes.
C. Similarly another puzzle 5 question in 13 to 15 minutes.
D. Last 10 to 12 minutes may be 5 to 7 more question as all other questions are also lengthy.
E. And we all know sometimes 1 or 2 question may get wrong.)
So final cutoff range irrespective of state should range between 84 to 92
