Pguys 1st shift vs 2nd shift or hard vs easy shift par argument shyd hi ruke but truth is that normalization is less depend on the level of the examination but more on the performance of the aspirants of that particular shift. e. g if most of the candidates of shift 1 are intelligent and performed well in that shift and scored better than that of aspirants of 2nd shift who are average then definitely there are less chances of benefit to the first shift candidate. Based on the facts of score prelims where few candidates benefited from normalization despite of easy shift and few lost some marks despite of hard shift. These exams entirely depends on your Luck with Your Hard work and smart work.
