The government on Friday appointed Anshula Kant as Managing Director of State Bank of India. disclaimer: this post is not meant for shift 1 vs 2 debate I guess by this time many of you may knew about the equipercentile method which is followed by bank recruitment bodies for shortlisting candidates based on percentile of candidates across shifts how can they follow this method when one shift has tough questions in quants and another section has difficult questions in gk (do they consider the mental stress undergone by candidates). because stress caused by quants can't be equalised to stress of gk.. stress caused by English can't be equalled to that of reasoning
