I got signature of Branch head and the seal(it shows the banks name) of that nationalised bank on CC as well as on Identity certi but there is no personal seal of that branch head,i dont know why the person didnt put their personal seal,so my question was will that be enough as CC/identity as there is no personal seal of that person,will that be a problem?? Any info appreciated.Thanks.

now tips for interview- make a rattafication of current affairs and do read history related questions or read 'lucent gk book' (just read speaker of lok sbha who is chief election commissioner these type of questions were asked by interviewer in panel 3)and refrain from cross questioning( for instance if they ask functions of rbi and u say " rbi is banker of banks" then they ask why rbi is called banker of banks)
be confident in interview as this is the only way u can get through well in interview. bcoz if u give answer reluctantly then they ask only 3-4 questions andif u give answer confidently then they ask more question good luck to all of u for interview. kuch jyaada bol diya maine maaf kar dena..

please help me regarding this thing...in the bio data form...there are 2 rows for each semeter ...and it is like second semester/first year...so do we have to right second semster marks/first year marks or only second sem marks...and also in the last row total is written...so in the case of b.tech do we have to add all the semesters marks and then writes the total or the just the total which is written in my final year marksheet...actually in my university the don't add up all the years marks simply..they take percentages of marks from each year...so which total i have to write...the one which university has given or just the sum of all the years marks????

Done with the GD/PI. Not went good.
My GDPI was scheduled at BKC, Mumbai today. Batch-1, panel-2. I'm a mechanical engineer. Electrical engineers were asked technical questions too.
The document verification took almost 2 hrs. Those applying through caste, do bring caste certificate or the receipt of the application for caste certificate.
The group discussion topic for our group (14 members) was: "IS E-COMMERCE A DANGER TO RETAIL SHOPS?" The panel allowed everybody to speak for 2 minutes, in no particular order. They told before the beginning of GD that in second round we could speak for a minute. But in reality, only 3 persons were allowed to open their mouth. The GD got over within 25 minutes.
Another group discussed on the topic related to education.
My interview lasted for around 10-15 minutes. The panel was very cordial. Here goes my experience:-
me: greeted them and seated
M 1 (chairman-the oldest among 5) : So, you have scored very good marks in 10th, 12th and Engg. For how many hours did you study?
me: There was no fixed schedule, sir. I studied as per my mood, but very little.
M 1: So, you think that you are genius? We all studied very hard to get good score.
me: (laughing) No, sir! I liked some subjects like Maths and Science and scored well because of that.
M 1 : So what is ************( I don't even remember the term which was a scientific one)
me: I don't know, sir. (I'll use DK for this answer henceforth.)
M 1: You say that Science is ur favt subject and you don't know ****? strange! Okay, tell me what technique America uses for oil extraction? Be specific.
me: DK
What are hydrocarbons?
me: explained
What is fossil fuel? Is it a hydrocarbon?
me: explained
M 1: What are the reasons behind the falling prices of oil?
me: Sir, I'm confused between several reasons to choose from.
M 1: What is demand and supply and how it affects the price of a commodity? Give examples.
me: explained
M 1: This is the reason behind falling prices of oil.
me: okay sir... I was confused whether to assign this to China's Yuan depreciation.
M 1: That's another reason, I'll come back to it later. Tell me why did you quit your last job? Why SBI?
me: answered. Mentioned about the challenges and responsibilities and work pressure at SBI.
M1: What are those challenges? How come you become interested when your background is engineering?
me: Told about the job profile and challenges I've read on quora. Mentioned quora. Told the panel that I was preparing for MBA entrance and it was a few weeks ago that I became inclined towards banking.
F2: Do you know about banking?
me: I've read reasonably about banking in last 2 weeks. But I can't say that I know much about banking.
M 1 (ridiculing): You can't answer like this. You are in front of interview panel.
F 2: What is NPA?
me : explained.
F 2: What is the time limit for an asset to become NPA?
me: DK
F 2 : What is the difference between a nationalized bank and a private bank? Name few.
me: explained. (but had a discussion with her on the same question for quite a few seconds.)
F 2: a couple of questions which I couldn't answer.
M3: So Milind, tell me about your family.
me: answered.
M 3:
M4: What is the difference between Harmonium and a piano? (I've mentioned music and playing harmonium as my hobby.)
me: answered, but 4 of them seem unsatisfied. Asked more explanation which i could not provide.
M4:Don't you think that harmonium is becoming outdated these days? Classical singers prefer Tanpura over harmonium. Why? What is the difference between both of them?
M1: Where did both of them originated?
me: DK
M1 tried to answer.
M 5: What do you mean by KYC? What documents are needed for KYC? Who regulates this?
M1: Okay Milind. You may leave now.
{The panel members were laughing frequently.}
There were a few more questions which I don't remember. But I could not answer more than 30% of the questions. Try to be in first 3-4 speakers in your GD. I was the third-last to speak. most of the points which I'd jotted down were already discussed by others.
