Topic- Is Tolerance a sign of weakness?
2 minutes for everyone to speak. They chose a random candidate to start with and then it was in the order. In our case they started with 6th no. and and I was 7th luckily. After that 10 minutes open market and 1 minute conclusion. Everyone was in the same side with almost similar opinion. Almost half of the people put it well in a meaningful manner with valid examples.

I wished them while entering. They offered me the seat with a small delay.

I-Told about ISIS and refugees being migrated to Europian countries. Germany's welcome towards refugees etc.

Now, M1- What do power plant projects stall in India. Recently some of Reliance Ultraq Mega Power Plants got stalled, Why?
I-Don't Know.
M1-Tilaiya UMPP got stalled due to Land Acquisition and Satan UMPP due to Coal Mines deallocation.
I-Told that I remember Satan UMPP's coal mines was not dealloacated because it was allotted through competitive bidding. So, It could have been some other reason.
M1-Sure
I-Very politely with smiling face. I think I read this very well and that's why I told you that. I think I also could be wrong.
M1-No issue, I will cross check.
M1-One more question he asked which I answered then moved to M2.
As I had mentioned working in Education related online platforms so he asked me about this.
M2-What is the problem with Education system? Do you think Examination system is wrong?
I-System is lacking proper monitoring and with appropriate supplementation it can work well. Regular Monitoring is more important.
M2-He asked me explain some ways.
I-I gave an example of development of an app for monitoring etc.
M2- You are working in corporate. You won't adapt in our bank!
I-I come from a rural background, worked in corporate office for four years, studied in a national level college where people from all corners of country come. So, I have lived at almost every type of places or at least interacted well with people of all states in my career till date. So, I think I am very much suitable here.
M2-Looked convinced and passed to F2
F2-Interesting name, Why had you been given this name?
I-Answered about it.

Panel was very very good and cooperative. Chair mam always had smile on her face which really boosted my confidence throughout the interview.
Don't know what will be the result but I am very much satisfied with the interview. If you answer honestly and reasonably, they will never grill you.

GD topic was : why is it unsafe to travel in INDIAN railways. The group discussion went good and very great points were spoke by the team guys. I could not contribute well but the others were pretty strong to compete.
The PI was 5 member panel: male (4) and female(1)
M1: he asked me why i was opting this career when im working in a reputed IT Firm.
who was the chairman of the IT firm
Reason behind a gap after my 12 grade
M2: he asked me to talk about commercial bank
name few and talk about the role of the bank?
how does a bank make profit?
M3: he asked me to talk about what work i do?
F1: she asked me about current financial status of economy?
M4: he asked the reason for opting Banking?
I answered saying i needed growth in my job, and he asked if growth was absent in the current job.
So guys it was a good PI but it depends on how we go with it.
The questions are mainly on your Bio Data form. So prepare well for what you have mentioned in it.

My GD PI at Ahmedabad LHO... 13/9/2015 Panel 1...
The reporting time was 11 am but the GD PI process started at 3 pm.. Longgg waiting.. GD was shame... As the topic was.. IS STALLING OF PARLIAMENT IS BAD OR ITS A PART OF DEMOCRACY?? Rules were same. Everyone given their view. I was the only guy to speak in HINDI..... there was nothing but repetation from almost all guys.. No geuine points were there. Everyone was on same side. No one to counter. So the panel decided not to have cross session.
After that PI...
My turn was last... i.e.12th...
So had to wait till 6:15....
I entered the room and greeted them.. They asked me to sit..
5 members.. 1 lady, 4 male.....
For 1 minute they read my biodata form.
After that chairman started to ask about my hobby...
As I have written driving CAR... SO he asked me questions on that.
I answered.
M1 : fastest Electrical car Name..??
I have no idea. So he explained and asked me to check their website. He also told the panel guys that the company TESLA is buying land on moon and told me to that I might have a test drive on moon.. Then I told "Sure sir, and if you select me then We will do banking on moon". There was smile on everyone's face on this comment.
