My Interview experience!!
Document verification smoothly hua..then 1ghante tak hume baitha ke rkha becoz panel was bsy in 8am interviews...it finally started at 2pm..topic "Britisher rule was boon or bane for india..." only 2 people spoke in hindi including me...bhai 90% jo eng me bol rh the they fumbled a lot...to waha english ati hai ye prov mat karna ...jime comfortable ho wahi bolo..our panel even allowed mix language.
In open discussion sabzi mandi ban gayi and koi khas conclusion nikla nahi har koi bole hi jaa rha tha.....
Fr around 3 interview start hu..i was 3rd...

Then p5+1 countries and iran dealdeal..then followed by ques on nuclear energy in india..
Then 2nd member asked me about why gpd calculation base year is changed..i answered ...fr wo buddha deep me ghus gya a some point i had to say sorry sir i dont knw abt technicalities in deep...
Then a ques on nbfc
Finaly a man asked me about human nature of traveling n few chine traveler jo ki main nh janta tha....
Bs khtm...my panel was very helpful...pure time haske baat ki n it was good feeling except of few hiccups due to nervous ness...mne 3 baje good morning bol dia :(

SBI- very professional people. No illogical unnecessary rulebaazi... Very accomadative during document verification.
GD topic. "Is judiciary acting beyond its power" or something like that 😛
GD was okayish.
Interview was totally general awareness.
ISIS, Syrian crisis, US presidential election... About Donald Trump., then oil exploration, where in Africa India is exploring oil reserves.
Then questions about hobby, mine was reading fiction. Was asked the novels that I've read. What is Pulitzer prize. Who won it this time.
Questions regarding NJAC. Little bit banking here and there of general nature.
Overall interview was a pleasant experience. Was able to satisfy each member till 3-5 questions each before saying I don't know. They were not willing to let go until I said I don't know or couldn't recall.
Fingers crossed. Let us all wish for the best.

The document verification of all candidates got over at 12 PM and then we were given food coupons and came back after lunch at 1..Then the GD started at around 2:30...(yes waited too long)....GD topic:Is industrialization happening at the cost of agriculture....
GD was smooth...Although my performance was average...Few spoke well...So GD concluded at around 3:45....Right after the GD ,the candidate no1 was called for PI..I was no 12 and the last candidate...so had to wait till 5:30 or so for my turn...Now coming to PI,it was very general in nature....
M1:So today i have seen so many guys from VTU and why do u think it is so?
Ans:I said i dont know...But when he insisted i said:sir there is a saying VTU Engineers first do BE and then decide about their future
M1:so what did u do BE in E&c and does it take someone 2 years to clear a bank exam
I said i had cleared many written exams in first year but couldnt clear the final cutoff..so trying it again in the second year(no question like why banking)
M1:How would you make Karnataka a better place?

Worst interview experience! Very thin chances for sure. This was my 3rd interview for PO and worst of all three. Literally grilled by them. So, am I depressed? No. I'm preparing for RBI Grade B now. Main beer hoon ! 🍺 BC main bahunga 😂

( I could name 7 of them and said that's what I can recall.)

They were done and asked me to leave. One of them said it was nice talking to u Alok.
