Hi Guys,
I have applied through OBC category. During the document verification process, the officer verifying my document didn't ask for OBC declaration form from me. He just asked for the OBC certificate and other academic documents.
I guess he forgot to ask me about the OBC declaration form. I didn't realize this over there. Will this create any problem? Please suggest what should be my course of action.
a true analysis...
1- there are 12 circles,12 days of interview,2062 vacancies & 5640 candidates
2- there are some circles where interview last for 10days till 16th only eg..MAH..
3-let interview last for 10 days at every circle..so every day there were 4 batches(12 each..{some were absent also}) in 2 sessions at every circle which is 48 candidates at every circle every day...which means 480~470(say)....candidates were interviewed at every circle in 10 days..i..e..470*12=5640 candidates...am saying this averagely
4- this clearly means that one has to be in the 1st 4 from his batch(consider only gdpi performance not written)..i..e..4*4=16 and 16*10=160~170(say)..and finaly 170*12=2040~2062.....
5- the final conclusion comes out that if 1 think,,1 has performed well than other 6 or 7 candidates at least in his batch.(consider gdpi only).averagely...then there is more probability that the 1 will be appointed....lets hope for the better...cheer up for every one....
This is going to be a long post. I completely ruined my GD-PI. I am going to explain in detail but first some detail about me. I am from OBC category, I attempted 136 questions in mains and I am confident that I will get 120 marks in mains.

When we were ready to start, chairman made some rules and gave instructions. One of that instruction was that in his own words "ye gd aap logo ke bich me hai. aap log ham logo se baat nahi krenge ye samghna ki ham log invisible hai ye gd aap logo ke bich me hai."
There was 13th member in my batch and I was 13th. We all sat on a round table and discussion starts. I was seated just opposite to chairman, I mean we were facing each other. Then my turns came and I don't know how I just start talking with panel, I was looking at them when I was talking. When GD finished I realize my mistake. I think they are going to give me 0 marks in GD for that reason.
Then that was time of the interview, I am not fluent in English and in many forum I had read that I can speak in Hindi too. So I was prepared that I am going to talk in Hindi but chairman already said at the time of GD instructions that you can talk in whatever language you want in GD but you have to reply in interview in the language they asked the question, Because it is an all India post and you are supposed to work in anywhere in country.
So I was nervous because I knew that I am not going to speak fluent English. Then I entered room, I wished them, they offer me seat, I said thank you and interview begins.

I really need this job, I scored very well in mains but in GDPI I am finished.
agar vo log passing marks that means 18/50 for obc, de dete hai to bhi mera chance hai
[120/200)+(30/50) = 150/250 = .60
.60*75 = 45
ab interview me 18 marks bhi denge to obc category se mera chance hai, but mere ko lgta hai mere ko zero marks milega GD me aur 10 marks interview me. Mere ko chairman ke taraf dekh ke baat nai krna tha to GD mai mere ko kuch number mil jata. Mai usi din share krne wala tha but bahut upset tha.

Jab se sbi ka result aaya hai tab se practice hi lost ho gayi hai. Feeling very low. Sbi ki tension ho rahi hai. How are you studying? Sbi ke chakkar me ibps po na kharab ho jaye!! 😞
Mere se doccument verification k time origianal cc nahi liya gazetted officer wala. Photocopy toh di hi thi maine, after PI dene gaya toh kaha ki joining k time de dena original. Koi aur hai jisne original cc na submit kiya ho aur sirf xerox de aaya ho?

Sbi pO aur associate po ki cutoff mei itna diff kyu
In my interview chairman said you have to answer in English if question is asked in English but I said that I am not fluent in English so I can only talk in Hindi already my interview was not going good and than this language problem. I think he will give me zero than he told me you are selected for Canara bank PO and you have to speak in English because your most of customers will be Not knowing Hindi. Is there any marks given for master degree and experienced in interview.
when is a candidate failed in gd-pi? mine went wrong on multiple level. experienced ones, do reply!
