I was confident that my interview was good.. but after seeing all the comments.. even i have started speculating nw.. so here is my experience...
GD: FDI in retail.. how will it affect the farmers...
I was the only 1 speaking in hindi
most of the candidates spoke abt fdi in agriculture... anyway..i talked abt retail.. nd tht thr r many agri based products in retail.. nd FDI will increase the competition.. nd thus the demand for the agri products will increase.. which will help the farmers.. moreover... with flipkart nd amazon.. farmers can nw sell thr products online.. and in turn reach out to different parts of the country... which will really help them widen thr customer base.. and if a minimum support price is kept.. thr will b no loss to thm..
open discussion was completely based on proving a guy tht FDI is actually good for the country.. he was firm with his stand tht FDI is bad.. so we tried to convince him... but he didnt change his view nd was saying irrelevant things.. to which the panel members started laughing nd stopped the discussion after 8-10 minutes.. pen discussion i had to speak in english as all of thm were english speaking..

F1: suman agar koi bhi puche age kabhi ki btech ka advantage kya hai.. toh bolna.. btech me summer training hoti hai.. jo baki courses me nhi hoti.. i said.. ok mam . dhyan rakhunga..
m3: aur reasoning ability nhi analytical ability hota hai suman.. i said ok sir.. maine socha ki reasoning to analytical ka part hai.. isliye bola tha.. he said. koi baat nahi.. u can go now...
said thankew to all personally... nd came back.
the best part of it was.. i was really confident with my answers... no nervousness at all.. normally i am scared like hell.. 😛 nd the panel was cordial.. that really boosted my confidence..
