Please help ... regarding OBC certificate I have one which was issued on 28.12.16 , valid till Dec 2017. But as per notification it should be issued in between 1 Apr 2017 to interview date. Should I get new one ??? Thanks

Don't you think it's derogatory for people to get character certificates? what type of officers are you selecting who need to get character certificate from some other officers? would have been better for Sbi to organise police verification for all finally selected candidates . What if I am poor and don't know any gazetted officer, will I be treated as characterless.
Guys in some youtube videos they are saying that we need to maintain eye contact with all the panel members while answering a question.
This is incorrect . We should maintain eye contact only with the person who has asked the question while answering him/her.
Why so ?
Just imagine yourself as a panel member. You ask a question . The aspirant gives the answer but his head turns from left to right , right to left just like a table fan 😂
Also it may be that the person other than the one who asked the question might be going through your bio-data form. So when you look at that person your mind may get restless.
So in my opinion eye contact should be maintained only with the person who has asked the question.
